Job Overview:

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals who strive to create a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services.
  • Implement and maintain policies and procedures.
  • Manage staff performance and development.

You will work closely with external partners to ensure seamless service provision and continuously improve outcomes for the children in our care. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Perks:

The annual salary for this position is approximately £65,600 - £70,600, depending on experience. You will also receive a relocation bonus of up to £5,000 and enjoy access to a comprehensive range of employee benefits.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential childcare, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality services and achieving excellent Ofsted ratings.
