About the role:
The Talent Development Manager will play a key role in assessing development needs for the EMEA region, designing and delivering innovative training content, and leading regional training and development projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to and lead local, regional, and global talent development projects, including implementing Firmwide training programs and tailoring them to local needs.
- Lead initiatives such as onboarding, professional advancement, and competency development, DEI, and management and leadership development.
- Act as a key liaison for local HR and business leadership across the EMEA region, gathering needs and developing plans to address them.
- Leverage in-house training materials and resources, creating and/or procuring content.
- Deliver engaging sessions for all levels of employees and leadership.
- Manage technical solutions for live, virtual, and recorded trainings.
- Integrate learning and leadership development into the broader talent management framework.
- Act as an internal coach to all levels of managers and leaders, supporting the development of management skills.
- Design and develop programs and curriculum, partnering with internal subject matter experts and/or external vendors.
About you:
You will have a background in Talent Development or Learning and Development, ideally from the Legal or Professional Services industry. You will have experience with instructional design, having developed and delivered a wide range of training programs. You will be a confident and articulate presenter, with experience dealing with a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Fragomen in Sheffield:
Our Sheffield office is based in the city centre, with free on-site parking and several public transport links close by. The office has approximately 400 people working collaboratively, with over 20 different languages being spoken. We operate a hybrid working model, incorporating a blend of in-person attendance and remote working.
