Luxury Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Sales Development Manager to join our team at the Dorchester Collection.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing transient, corporate and group business across all Dorchester Collection hotels. This includes identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients and driving maximum revenue potential from designated territories.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve individual targets
- Maintain and develop existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and marketing initiatives
- Attend and participate in annual sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Proven sales experience within the luxury market, preferably in a senior role
- Senior education in discipline and/or hotel management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
- Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally
- Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
