About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring positive outcomes for the children in their care, maintaining high standards of care and compliance, collaborating with other professionals to meet the needs of the children, and reporting and documentation related to the care provided.

Requirements:

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards it.
  • NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent care.
  • A passion for working with children with learning disabilities.
