Sales and Lettings Negotiator Role

Nouvo Recruitment (London) is seeking a skilled Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register and manage client requirements, matching them to our extensive property portfolio.
  • Arrange and conduct viewings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and support.
  • Negotiate between vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the branch, working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and lettings targets.
Requirements:
  • A well-presented, reliable, and trustworthy individual with a genuine passion for the property industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a basic understanding of the sales and lettings process.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car.
Benefits:
  • OTE £28,000 - £35,000 + Quarterly branch reward scheme.
  • Call Performance bonus.
  • Car allowance £2,000 pa (Plus petrol allowance paid for travel mileage at 45p per mile).
  • 5 day working week (Saturday included with day off in the week).
  • 28 Days holidays (including Bank Holidays).
  • Support package to gain Propertymark NAEA/ARLA qualification.
