About the Role:

Nouvo Recruitment (London) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their team. As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering buyers, vendors, landlords, and tenants, identifying client requirements, and matching them to our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering buyers, vendors, landlords, and tenants
  • Identifying client requirements and matching them to our property portfolio
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact
  • Negotiating between vendors and buyers, landlords and tenants
  • Assisting in the smooth running of the branch

Requirements:

  • Well-presented, reliable, trustworthy, confident, and motivated by a genuine passion for the property industry
  • Strong negotiation skills and a good basic understanding of the sales/lettings process
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A full UK driving license and your own car

What We Offer:

  • OTE £28,000 - £35,000 + Quarterly branch reward scheme
  • Call Performance bonus
  • Car allowance £2,000 pa (plus petrol allowance paid for travel mileage at 45p per mile)
  • 5 day working week (Saturday included with a day off in the week)
  • 28 Days holidays (including Bank Holidays)
  • Support package to gain Propertymark NAEA/ARLA qualification
