Lettings Negotiator/Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity in Watford

Chalfont Careers Ltd is seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Watford. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch customer service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Coordinate viewings and manage the lettings process from start to finish
  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries
  • Register landlord and tenant enquiries and book relevant appointments
  • Follow up on enquiries and coordinate move-ins
  • Progress deals and conduct inspections when required
