Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is a leading professional services company based in the heart of the UK. We are seeing continued growth and success in our industry and, as such, are looking for a professional receptionist to join our team.
About the Role
- Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and directing visitors and clients professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments and manage phone enquiries efficiently.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Maintain a presentable and organised reception area, ensuring the office is well maintained, including ordering office supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with the use of office equipment.
- Experience in a corporate office, in an administrative, reception or similar capacity OR
- Prior experience working as a receptionist
- Fluent in Welsh
- The ability to work to a high standard, at all times, as well as under pressure.

- 28 days holiday + Bank holidays
- 37 hour weeks
- Early finish on Fridays
