Radiology Department Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Radiology Department as a Clerical Support and Appointment Coordinator. This is a permanent position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clerical support to the Radiology Department, including meeting and greeting service users, booking appointments, and performing other administrative duties.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent with relevant experience.
- Experience of working in an administrative environment, with a strong understanding of Windows-based applications and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations.
- Desirable: Welsh language skills (Level 1).
