About the Position

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Talent Curve Recruitment. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to begin their career in quantity surveying, working on exciting projects and gaining valuable experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
  • Assist senior quantity surveyors with contract management and cost control
  • Participate in site visits to assess project progress and gather information
  • Help prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure accurate records for projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A recent degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with cost management and construction processes
  • An enthusiastic and eager-to-learn attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
