As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for providing cost and contract management services to support project planning and delivery of transportation projects in Northern Ireland.

You will work closely with the Engineering Project Managers, Client Representatives, and Contractors Representatives. Your role will include scheme cost estimating, tracking spend against approval funding at project level, and preparing monthly internal cost reports.

The ideal candidate should have a third-level qualification in quantity surveying and a minimum of 5 years' experience in cost estimating and contract administration. A knowledge of NEC contracts is also essential.
