Job Opportunity
Graham Construction is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its dynamic team in Belfast. This role involves leading project budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes, as well as overseeing contract management and administration.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior quantity surveyor role within the construction industry, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and expertise in JCT/NEC contracts and cost forecasting. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is also required. The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
