An exceptional new role has become available for a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to oversee a stunning retirement village in the Oxfordshire area.
You will be working for a leading healthcare provider, responsible for the ongoing care of residents within the care home. As a confident leader, you will empower your team to deliver the highest standards of care, ensuring a safe and effective environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all units comply with CQC standards of care, taking appropriate action to maintain a safe environment for residents.
- Develop the strategy and direction for the care home, creating and developing strong relationships with LAs, CQC, and Primary Care Trust commissioners.
- Share your knowledge and experience of quality improvement, cultivating an open and honest culture amongst your team.

- An excellent salary of £80,000 per annum + guaranteed 20% £8,000 bonus.
