Works Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Works Coordinator to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years administration and scheduling experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers on a daily basis, being their first point of contact regarding installation dates and any potential changes.
  • Project coordination and development of schedules, working to timescales and deadlines.
  • Liaise daily with installation teams, engineers, and project managers.
  • Update and maintain data on the in-house CRM system.
  • Check and coordinate surveys and inspections – logging reports onto the system.
  • Check compliance and ensure up-to-date prior to installation works commencing.
  • Generate and present report findings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years administration and scheduling experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
