Become a part of JD Group as a Facilities Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator to assist our Facilities Manager in overseeing maintenance tasks, engaging with property owners, and collaborating with service providers. This position will involve a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee procurement processes for maintenance and improvement projects
  • Manage invoice processing and maintain accurate records
  • Support property management through contractor oversight
  • Communicate with insurance representatives and property owners regarding claims and issues
  • Handle general inquiries and manage departmental documentation
  • Assist in organizing maintenance schedules and improvement initiatives
  • Provide support to internal teams and facilities effectively
  • Encourage team development and ensure timely reporting
  • Promote ongoing enhancements in operational systems and procedures
  • Leverage available tools for team productivity
  • Maintain and update databases and tracking systems
