Are you looking for a challenging role that will utilise your risk management skills? Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking a Client Engagement Contract and Risk Review Manager to join their Advisory, Quality Risk Management (AQRM) team.

This role involves working with senior members of the AQRM team to provide quality and risk management support to teams within our Deals Advisory & Consulting (DAC) practice. You will interact with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of seniority in delivering projects and help teams within DAC to manage their legal, technical, regulatory and risk management responsibilities whilst promoting the quality agenda of the firm.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum. This figure is based on the national average for similar roles in the UK and may vary depending on factors such as location and level of experience.

You will be responsible for providing risk management and quality support to DAC teams, reviewing drafts of engagement contracts and other documents, supporting and educating client-facing teams to enhance their risk awareness, and developing and maintaining training materials. You will also work collaboratively with the Firm's other central support teams to help our client-facing teams overcome challenges and improve our policies and processes.

The ideal candidate will have either a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA) with experience in an advisory business unit or a legal/risk management background with experience of advising on contracts and developing policies. Some of the key skills required include project management experience, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
