Job Description

This role involves assisting with installation diary planning and management, liaising with sites to confirm remedial works completion, and booking installation days with clients. You will also maintain project plans, update project records, and organise training for installers. Additionally, you will be responsible for sales aftercare, site returns, and remedials, as well as keeping up-to-date records of deliveries and reviewing weekly supply lists of consumables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent administration experience, strong communication skills, and ideally have worked within building, construction, engineering, or installations. Project administration experience is not essential but is a bonus.
