Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to customers via phone, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to clients to offer support and guidance throughout the registration and onboarding process.
  • Assist clients with various aspects, including paying and renewing subscriptions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in outbound calling or telephone work is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to absorb information quickly and provide accurate solutions to clients.
