About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Purchase Ledger team at Celsa UK. As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of records, processing documentation, and reconciling supplier statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve payment queries and discrepancies
  • Support with general office administration and other ad-hoc duties
  • Collaborate with internal departments to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements
  • Experience with invoices and financial transactions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
