About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our team at Celsa UK Cardiff. As a key member of our Purchase Ledger team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of records, processing documentation, and reconciling supplier statements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile supplier statements
- Communicate with suppliers via phone, email, or letter to resolve payment queries
- Support with general office administration and ad-hoc duties
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records
Requirements
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and Outlook
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary up to £26,000, with incremental increases up to £28,000 based on job grading. You will also receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
