About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to patients in their daily living activities, including personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be required to follow care plans accurately, maintain a clean and safe environment, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in home care or a healthcare setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Familiarity with care plans and the ability to implement them effectively is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with patients and team members.
  • A valid driving licence is desirable for those who may need to travel between locations.
Compensation and Benefits

As a Day Care Support Staff member, you will receive an estimated salary of £13.10 per hour. You will also be eligible for a bonus scheme, commission pay, performance bonus, tips, and yearly bonus. Additionally, you will have access to our company pension scheme, employee discount, referral programme, and more.
