Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CCTV Deputy Shift Supervisor to join our team at North Lanarkshire Council. As a key member of our Community Safety facility, you will provide line management support to the CCTV Monitoring Officer and Response Advisor teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to retailers, partnership agencies, and various other stakeholders
  • Identify and report faults, including attendance at service meetings
  • Assist with access and security to the building
  • Liaise with various council departments and partner organisations

Requirements

  • Customer service and confidentiality skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working as part of a team
  • Knowledge of North Lanarkshire geographical area and CCTV systems

Working Arrangements

  • 4 days on / 4 days off
  • 2x dayshift 07:00hrs - 19:00hrs
  • 2x nightshift 19:00hrs - 07:00hrs
