Job Title: Estate Officer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Estate Officer to join our team at North Lanarkshire Council. As an Estate Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our estates, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our tenants and the public.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Caretaking, cleaning, and security experience is essential for this role.
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems, cleaning machines, and cleaning agents is desirable, but full training will be provided.
  • You will be required to work outdoors, undertake manual handling and heavy lifting, and assist tenants and the public at all times.

A driving licence is desirable to assist with estate management duties.

Working Pattern:
  • Estate Officers will work a 4 days on/4 days off day shift pattern from 7am – 6pm.
