Job Description

The Commercial Contracts Specialist will be responsible for co-ordinating and negotiating key sub-contracts for Clarke Energy's business in the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of various standard forms of construction contract, including MF/1, FIDIC, NEC, and JCT.

You will work closely with our Senior Legal Counsel and Commercial Manager to ensure that all material terms offered to customers are effectively replicated to the underlying suppliers and key obligations are aligned with the main contract. This will involve negotiating bespoke sub-contracts and ensuring that they meet our business needs.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a keen eye for detail and are able to manage multiple work streams and priorities, we encourage you to apply.
