As a Support Worker, you will be working closely with residents to enhance their quality of life and support them in achieving their goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills and experience to make a positive impact on someone's life. You will be responsible for teaching life skills to residents, assisting with personal care, and encouraging them to engage in activities such as socialising and doing lots of activities.

The salary for this position is £11.45 per hour, with enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour, and premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour. You will also receive a range of benefits, including enhanced retirement leave, long service awards, and access to cash plans for our colleagues and their families.
