Key Role in Driving Business Expansion

We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive revenue growth through identifying and engaging potential clients, progressing leads to the quoting stage, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Salary: £35,000 - £80,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning prospects into qualified leads, expanding our commercial client base, and driving revenue growth. This role involves significant travel within the South East and potentially nationwide, collaborating with the sales team to facilitate smooth transitions from lead to quote, and reporting on lead progression and sales activities regularly to management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients, progressing leads to the quoting stage
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and promote ongoing business

Compensation Package:

A competitive salary range of £35,000 to £80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus potential earnings from lead progression bonuses, sales commissions, and quarterly performance bonuses.
