Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new customer acquisition and development of existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business growth strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional quality, value, cost-effective solutions, and technical support.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments within next-gen energy and advanced materials.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Degree in Chemistry, Physics, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: This is a permanent position with a salary of £40-45K basis + uncapped bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including access to expert strategic recruitment services.
