We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our busy front-door team, specializing in Adoption and Kinship services.
The ideal candidate will have current Social Work experience and a strong understanding of Legislation, including Fostering National Minimum Standards and Regulations.
The role involves supervising up to 18 Foster carers and working closely with the Mockingbird Family Model.
The successful candidate will be based in the Barking office for 3 days and work from home the rest of the week.
Requirements:- Knowledge of Legislation and Fostering National Minimum Standards and Regulations
- Experience of working with foster carers in a busy fostering environment
- Strong understanding of the Mockingbird Family Model
To be considered, you must have a Social Work qualification and at least 3 years post-qualified experience working as a Qualified Social Worker in a similar team.
