Deaf Communication Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Deaf Communicator to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. As a Deaf Communication Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and social needs of Deaf pupils in a large Primary School in Barking and Dagenham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality communication support to Deaf pupils, enabling them to access the curriculum and participate fully in school life.
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and other professionals to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
- Contribute to the development of a Deaf-friendly environment, promoting inclusivity and equality for all pupils.
