Sales Account Manager

The primary objective of this position is to provide exceptional customer experiences by fostering strong, trusting relationships with allocated customers. To achieve this, you will be required to possess a deep understanding of the market and be able to effectively position Arrow's product offerings within your clients' businesses to drive growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers, Product Specialists, and vendor/partner contacts to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities within defined criteria and accounts base.
- Provide dedicated support to customers on queries and concerns.
- Nurture and develop working relationships with vendor personnel.
- Maintain a high level of margin/revenue targets.
- Embody a self-development mindset, continually enhancing product knowledge and job competencies to achieve set objectives.
- Demonstrate a self-motivated approach with a hardworking and proactive attitude.
- Possess a structured sales methodology, focusing on building rapport with key stakeholders for partners and vendors, and establishing trust within the customer base.
- Exhibit a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service, resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Display a high-level understanding of the Arrow product portfolio (training will be provided).
- Be a confident self-starter and a strong team player.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Showcase the capacity to operate independently while being a responsible, conscientious, and reliable team member.
- Exhibit sound business acumen and the ability to interact with customers effectively.
- Be competent in standard Microsoft Office applications.

The company operates from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with one hour for lunch. However, flexibility is required to meet the demands of this role.
