Criminal Justice Program Manager

The Forward Trust is committed to providing innovative solutions to reduce re-offending rates. As a Criminal Justice Program Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of our programs, ensuring effective delivery and impactful outcomes.

About the Role:

This challenging yet rewarding position requires a strong understanding of the criminal justice sector and its complexities. You will work closely with our team to design and implement evidence-based programs, promote our services, and build partnerships with other agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the Peer Mentor service and social inclusion category.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise peer mentors to ensure high-quality support.
  • Promote our services across the county, building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with probation services to deliver targeted interventions and achieve set targets.

Requirements:
