Business Development Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding sales team at Juice Recruitment Ltd. As a key player in our dynamic and employee-focused telecommunications company, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and social media, particularly LinkedIn.
- Engage with decision-makers to identify needs and opportunities for mobile, connectivity, and unified communications solutions.
- Self-manage your pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Use open discovery questions to gain insights and create tailored solutions for prospective clients.
- Utilize the CRM system effectively to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy planning.
Requirements:
- 23 years of proven BDM experience within the telecommunications industry, with knowledge of mobile, connectivity, and unified communications.
- A strong new business hunter mentality, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented, with excellent networking skills.
- IT literate, with experience using CRM systems to track sales performance.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A team player who can contribute to the company's growth and success.
