About the Job

As a Customer and Partner Support Specialist at SAP, you will be responsible for managing complex customer engagements and delivering exceptional customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP Sales Performance Management solutions and the ability to develop and execute account management plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete Relationship Assessments and Outcome Success Plans for assigned cloud customer accounts.
  • Provide leading practice advice and guidance to customers on operating their SAP SPM cloud solutions and related governance.
  • Identify potential operational and commercial risks and develop proactive renewal and expansion plans to retain current revenue footprint and drive growth.
  • Utilize commercial and business acumen to ensure licensing compliance, renewal forecast, and optimized contractual opportunities.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex customer engagements or other customer-facing experience.
  • Experience in SAP Sales Performance Management solutions, sales operations, incentive management, IT, Healthcare, and Financial Services is highly valued.
