Deputy Care Home Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled deputy care home manager to join our team in Leyland, Lancashire.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with experience in managing teams and delivering high-quality support services.
Key Responsibilities:- To lead and manage a team of staff providing person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs.
- To ensure that all aspects of the service meet the required standards, including compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- To develop and implement strategies to improve the service, including identifying areas for development and implementing changes as needed.
