Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned fundraising professional to lead our development efforts and drive growth. As Director of Fundraising, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the continued success of our fundraising initiatives.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan to meet annual targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with major donors, trusts, and foundations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new fundraising opportunities and integrate fundraising strategies into existing programs
  • Manage and grow a team of fundraising professionals to achieve fundraising goals

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful fundraising and leadership experience
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including major donors, trusts, and foundations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • A deep understanding of the UK's fundraising landscape and trends
