About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated occupational therapist to join our team as a specialist in neurological rehabilitation. The successful candidate will have post-registration clinical experience in inpatient, rehabilitation, and discharge planning, as well as knowledge of additional specialist areas through in-house training & short courses. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing and prescribing care packages for patients with complex needs, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and statutory agencies to provide seamless integrated services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and prescribe care packages for patients with complex rehabilitation needs
* Work within the multidisciplinary team to facilitate timely discharge from in-patient or outpatient services
* Support patients in the community and prevent unnecessary hospital admissions
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and statutory agencies to provide integrated services

Requirements:
* Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy
* Current HCPC registration
* Post-registration clinical experience in inpatient, rehabilitation, and discharge planning
* Knowledge of additional specialist areas through in-house training & short courses

Salary: £42,547 - £51,108 per annum
