About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust as an Occupational Therapist. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with other healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
