We are looking for a Wildlife Reserve Volunteer Coordinator to help us manage our volunteer programme at Foxhill Bank Nature Reserve in Oswaldtwistle, Accrington, Lancashire. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as experience in volunteer management.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating our monthly conservation work parties, ensuring that volunteers have a positive experience and are equipped to complete conservation tasks safely and effectively. You will also be involved in promoting our volunteer programme and recruiting new volunteers to join our team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating conservation work parties and ensuring volunteers have a positive experience
  • Recruiting and managing volunteers
  • Promoting our volunteer programme through various channels

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about conservation and enjoys working with people. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
