Conservation Habitat Assistant

We are seeking a Conservation Habitat Assistant to join our team at Foxhill Bank Local Nature Reserve in Oswaldtwistle, Accrington, Lancashire. The ideal candidate will have experience in habitat management and site maintenance tasks.

The role involves working with our friendly team of volunteers on a monthly basis, assisting with hands-on conservation work parties from 10am until 12 noon. We provide the necessary tools, training, and personal protective equipment for the tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with habitat management and site maintenance tasks
• Working with volunteers to complete conservation projects

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about conservation and wants to make a difference in their local community. The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
