Job Title: Retail Media Account Director

Publicis Commerce is a leading agency in the field of retail media, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Media Account Director to join our team.

We are a dynamic and innovative company that is committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Our team of experts collaborates with top agencies and clients to create personalized consumer connections and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have strong strategic, communication, and presentation skills, and be adept at solving complex business problems in a matrixed organization. They will also have experience in campaign management, eCommerce, retail optimization, portfolio management, and data insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Commerce team and Director on your account by responding to briefs, making strategic suggestions, reporting, and presenting to the client.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies that align with the overall client business objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for retailers and incorporate into strategic decisions that will help the client improve their performance.
  • Work closely with internal data teams to understand customer preferences and behaviors, leveraging data insights to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Manage an international team of up to 5 Account Managers and Executives.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a senior Account Manager or Account Director in retail media.
  • Must have experience with Amazon and UK retailers.
  • Desired experience in social commerce or paid social would be very beneficial, as well as in-store digital displays, but the willingness to learn is key.
  • Skills in building presentations, responses, and recommendations to clients within commerce.
  • You need to have great communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills – our clients like to be challenged, but with diplomacy.
