Publicis Commerce is seeking a highly skilled Retail Media Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our Commerce team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class online retail strategy and uncovering growth opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies that align with client business objectives
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for retailers and incorporate into strategic decisions
  • Work closely with internal data teams to understand customer preferences and behaviours
  • Manage an international team of up to 5 Account Managers and Executives
Requirements:
  • Experience as a senior Account Manager or Account Director in retail media
  • Desired experience in social commerce or paid social
  • Skills in building presentations, responses and recommendations to clients within commerce
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
