Job Title: Head of Category Management

We are seeking a seasoned Category Management professional to lead our category team in the UK market.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing the category strategy, working closely with the Sales Leadership Team, National Account Managers, Brand Marketing, Design, and Insight teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK retail landscape, as well as experience in category management, shopper insights, and commercial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the category strategy, aligned with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead the category team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of category plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
  • Manage and analyze data to inform category decisions and optimize business performance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in category management, shopper insights, and commercial planning
  • Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape and market trends
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
