Category Management Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Category Management professional to lead our Category Management team in the UK. As a key member of our Sales Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category strategies that align with Haribo's business objectives and retailer strategies
- Lead the Category Management team to deliver category insights, data analysis, and strategic recommendations to Sales Leadership and National Account Managers
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Design, and Insight teams to ensure category strategies are aligned with brand objectives and retailer strategies
- Manage a portfolio of external customer contacts and data agency relationships to drive category growth and profitability
- Develop and deliver Personal Development Plans for direct reports, including regular 1:1s, in-field coaching, and performance reviews
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Category Management, with a strong understanding of category strategies, data analysis, and retailer relationships
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams
