We are seeking a highly skilled Meetings and Events Coordinator to join our team at Kimpton Clocktower. As a Meetings and Events Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in converting and maximizing hotel and event enquiries and bookings to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage enquiries to ensure maximum sales, occupancy, and revenue, including up-selling equipment, F&B, and relevant hotel facilities.
- Accurately input all enquiries into the Sales and Catering system.
- Compile accurate function sheets, distributing weekly and discussing with the Operations Team, accordingly, providing updates as required.
- Work as part of a team to achieve department objectives and budget.
- Liaise with clients to ensure accurate details for each event and reservation are obtained.
- Deliver an excellent service to all guests and clients making enquiries or bookings at the hotel, with face-to-face and telephone meetings.
- Experience in Reservations, Groups, Meetings, and Events.
- Ability to establish client requirements and identify how the hotel can facilitate their needs.
- Response to all M&E enquiries in-line with company standards.
- Becoming part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts family, one of the world's leading hotel companies.
