Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spinal Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Health Recruit Network. As a key member of our healthcare recruitment agency, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with top Spinal Doctors and Nurses in the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working as an advanced practitioner in a state-of-the-art private hospital
  • Collaborating closely with the Lead Spinal Consultant to develop and implement effective patient care plans
  • Effective communication and teamwork with a multidisciplinary team (MDT)
  • Playing a key role in the operational development of both in and outpatients
  • Efficiently managing a patient case load and ensuring high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • First Level Registered Nurse qualification
  • Degree/Master level education and post-registration qualification(s) in the field of expertise with evidence of further professional development
  • Significant experience in a senior nursing role within spinal and orthopedic surgery
  • Clear and thorough knowledge of the clinical care required for patients within ward areas
  • Experience of working in a ward environment and managing the complaint process
  • Track record of achievements in clinical care and experience of working within multidisciplinary teams
