Salary: £60,000 - £63,000 per annum

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join a renowned healthcare facility in London. The hospital is a leading provider of women and children's healthcare, committed to delivering high-quality care and services.

Duties:

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Paediatric Orthopaedics, you will utilise your expertise to deliver comprehensive and evidence-based care across the Orthopaedic pathway. Acting as a patient advocate, you will provide specialised nursing guidance and emotional support throughout their treatment journey, while actively contributing to service enhancement and staff education initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse qualification in Child Nursing (RN Child) or Registered Sick Children's Nurse (RSCN) with valid NMC registration
  • Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience in Children's nursing
  • First-degree qualification in nursing or a related healthcare field
  • Relevant qualification in the specialist area with a minimum of 12 months of experience
  • Mentorship qualification
  • Basic/Intermediate Paediatric Life Support certification
  • Experience in conducting audits and research pertinent to the specialism
  • Proficiency in safeguarding processes, with an up-to-date Level 3 Safeguarding qualification
  • Familiarity with clinical governance and risk management practices
