Capita Pension Solutions is seeking a commercially aware Senior Project Manager to manage pensions-related projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, leadership skills, and the ability to manage external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project execution to budget, ensuring cost changes are addressed through commercial contract changes.
  • Identify and report key success criteria, including cost, time, and quality measurements.
  • Lead and drive the delivery team, ensuring the right calibre of staff are assigned to the project with the relevant skill set profile.
  • Lead or take ownership of project governance, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring accountability.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Understands and follows project management methodology.
  • Possesses pensions industry knowledge and demonstrable experience working with pensions-related projects.
  • Can demonstrate experience in Agile and Waterfall development methods.
  • Has proven leadership skills in managing a diverse multi-disciplined virtual team.
  • Previous experience within the Financial Services environment.
