About the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founders, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and preparing briefing materials for meetings. This role offers the chance to work closely with the company's leaders, providing essential administrative support and enabling seamless operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, make travel arrangements, and prepare meeting materials.
  • Personal Assistance: Streamline life management tasks for the Founders.
  • Office Management: Handle office supplies, coordinate maintenance, and create a welcoming environment.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning company events and meetings.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Draft and manage professional communications on behalf of the Founders.

Requirements:
This role requires 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders in a fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate should have impeccable organizational skills, be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
