3D Personnel is seeking an experienced Site Administrator / Document Controller to join a national construction company specializing in residential and commercial building projects across the South of England.
Key Responsibilities:- Process hard copy data into digital formats, data capture, and input, supporting the management team.
- Input information into systems, primarily using Excel and Microsoft Word, and the client's internal document storage system.
- Support the commercial team, reconciling invoices as needed.
- Manage and control documents.
- Answer the telephone and take messages.
- Perform basic administration tasks.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic project environment.
- The role will be split between two sites, with the option to be based in Poole (Dorset) or Wokingham (Berkshire), working 5 days a week at either location.
- A driving license and own vehicle are ideal, as occasional travel to the site not based in may be required.
- Experience working on a construction site is necessary to achieve the higher pay rate.
- Pay rate is PAYE Umbrella, with additional deductions to the take-home hourly rate.
