About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Benjamin Court in Cromer. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, while also leading and motivating your colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, championing their independence and empowering them to make informed choices.
  • Lead and motivate a team of care staff, providing supervision and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Work closely with the home manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the care home, ensuring that all aspects of care are met.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents, working closely with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.

Experience of working in a care or support setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and other stakeholders.A commitment to delivering person-centred care, with a focus on empowering residents to make informed choices.
